At Shophomed, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it according to the conditions below.
1. 14-Day Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

The product must be in perfect, resalable condition.

The return request must be made within the 14-day return period.
Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use may not be eligible for a refund unless it is faulty.
3. Return Procedure
To return a product:

We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Send the package using a tracked delivery service.
Please note: Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and approving the return.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Any standard outbound delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable UK consumer law. Additional delivery charges for premium or express shipping services are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs showing the issue.

6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once they have been opened or used, particularly items that come into direct contact with food, unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned because:

An incorrect delivery address was provided; or

The parcel was not collected or accepted,
Any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
8. Your UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
